Monthly Report (June, 2020)

June (2020), third profitable month in row

Dear Copier and Followers,

I am glad to have completed the third month in a row of profits.

The month of June concluded with about 3,5% profits.
We continued to stabilize the Risk Factor which now is back to an average of 4.

During the middle of the month about a week ago we went nearly all in with investments, then successfully exit a large amount of our positions going back to a 21% cash position (Figure 1).

The month of July is seasonally a weak month for stock trading and usually as the traders say on summer months such as July "cash is king".

This means that we will trade stocks on very light volumes and we will seek to reduce further our expose during this summer increasing further our cash positions and treasuries (TLT, IEF and WHY) in preparation for a likely correction.
We will also look to take advantage of a probable new rally for the gold and the gold miners.

I believe that if a correction were to occur would become a great entry point to buy new stocks.

For the same reasons I am protecting the open stock positions with a few shorts on the Nasdaq with a tight Stop Loss.

I feel that the second half of the year will benefit our portfolio with a very good volatility which will offer occasions to produce high levels of profits with many exciting events such as Brexit, the recovery post Covid (will we get a vaccine before Xmas?) and the American Presidentials.

I thank my Copiers and Followers for the confidence and I wish you a great time moving forward.

Daniele
